Could you please confirm the milage from Tonfanau Railway Station to Tywyn as we are currently walking the coastal path weekly on Wednesdays and there are conflicting milages on the web site. Thank you.
Hi. I suggest that you use the Ordnance Survey map to calculate precise distances if there is conflicting information on the web page. Otherwise, the Wales Coast Path website usually has good information https://www.walescoastpath.gov.uk/plan-your-visit/distance-tables/?lang=en. I haven’t lived there for several years, but memory suggests that it is about a 20 minute walk from Tywyn to the bridge, and perhaps another 10 minutes to Tonfanau station, but I would use the Ordnance Survey map to get a more precise estimate.
